Franklin

Battery

1000 block of Franklin Place Court: Reported at 8:37 p.m. Friday that a juvenile had thrown a rock at another younger juvenile causing injury.

Criminal Mischief

600 block of E. Jefferson St.: A man reported at 1:20 p.m. Monday that someone threw a brick on his roof causing damage to the siding of his residence.

Fraud

4000 block of Magnolia Drive: A woman reported at 6:17 p.m. Friday that when she went to withdraw money from her bank account it was declined, she found that an unknown person had made several wire transfers and that she did not give anyone permission to make any transfers.

Hit and Run

900 block of Gristmill Drive: A man reported at 8:50 p.m. Sunday that a hit and run had occurred.

Personal-injury crash

6:30 p.m. Friday — N. Morton St. and Lemley St. A woman, 42, reported having minor bleeding with injury to her elbow/lower arm.

Property-damage crashes

5:40 p.m. Friday — 2120 E. King St., parking lot

10:45 a.m. Friday — 1800 block of N. Main St.

7:30 a.m. Friday — Commerce Drive and Cumberland Drive

Thefts

1172 N. Main St., Urban Air: An employee reported at 8:46 p.m. Saturday that a credit card a woman had used to rent a party room was declined and when the employee attempted to get another payment the woman and her party had left.

1000 block of Taurus Lane: A woman reported at 12:10 p.m. Monday that she believes her package had been stolen from her front porch.

Criminal Mischief

1250 U.S. 31 S., Ray Skillman Ford: Reported at 9:29 a.m. Monday that minor damage to a vehicle at the dealership had occurred.

Narcotics

U.S. 31 S. and W. Main St.: Reported at 1:52 a.m. Tuesday that two women were arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and several other charges.

Personal-injury crash

1:40 p.m. Saturday — County Line Road and Emerson Ave. A man, 61, reported having pain and injury to his neck and back.

Property-damage crashes

8:03 p.m. Saturday — E. Main St. and I-65 northbound on-ramp

6:53 p.m. Friday — Worthsville Road and Averitt Road

2:06 p.m. Friday — Main St. and I-65 off ramp

5:22 p.m. Thursday — Wilson Drive and Emerson Ave.

Thefts

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 8:51 p.m. Monday that two people were arrested for theft and released with a summons.

1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 6:54 p.m. Monday that shoplifting had occurred.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 6:47 p.m. Monday that a woman was issued a summons for theft.

1265 U.S. 31 S., Hubler Acura: Reported at 10:45 a.m. Monday that a vehicle had been stolen.

1250 U.S. 31 S., Ray Skillman Ford: Reported at 8:01 a.m. Monday that a vehicle theft had occurred.

Narcotics

560 N. State Road 135, Marathon, Greenwood: An officer reported at 10:16 p.m. Monday that during a traffic stop he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, after a search marijuana was found inside the vehicle and the driver was arrested for possession of marijuana.

3000 block of W. Stones Crossing Road, Bargersville: Officers reported at 8:44 a.m. Monday that they went to attempt to serve two warrants on a man, they located him and after a search narcotics were found. He was arrested for the warrants and possession of paraphernalia.

Anthony Gonzalez, 20, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of public intoxication by alcohol/drugs, minor consuming an alcoholic beverage, disorderly conduct and intimidation; held on $4,000 bond.

Heidi Joan Belser, 39, Greenwood; arrested on three Johnson County warrants; released on $750 bond.

Nicole Kathleen Sexton, 25, Martinsville; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; released on $250 bond.

Everett Leon Gorbett II, 46, Knightstown; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

James Dale Sizemore, 38, Nineveh; arrested on a charge of operating or permitting operation without financial responsibility with prior conviction; released on $250 bond.

Bayron Arita Baide, 28, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and wanted on an out-of-state warrant; held without bond.

Tiniko Lynette Howard, 50, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and wanted on a Johnson County warrant; held without bond.

Miranda Kaye Makowski, 21, Eauclaire, Wisconsin; arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia; held on $1,000 bond.

Candice Monika Warren, 30, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia and possession of paraphernalia; held on $3,200 bond.

Ashley Renee Eichelberger, 25, Greenwood; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, possession of paraphernalia, operating or permitting operation without financial responsibility with prior conviction and operating a vehicle with suspended or revoked registration/knowingly permits another to operate vehicle on highway; bond information unavailable.
