W. Smith Valley Road and S. State Road 135: Reported at 5:11 p.m. Tuesday that a hit and run had occurred.

1250 N. Emerson Ave., First Merchant Bank: Reported at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday that a fraud had occurred.

Thefts
1000 block of Kyndal Court: Reported at 4:43 p.m. Tuesday the theft of a vehicle had occurred.
1000 block of Haystack Court: Reported at 4:23 p.m. Tuesday the theft of a license plate had occurred.
1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 2:21 p.m. Tuesday that three juveniles were arrested for theft.
