Greenwood, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Travis Johnson, 30, of New Paris, Ohio, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and giving false information to the police.

Police were called to investigate a stolen car report Thursday morning at a hotel in the 1100 block of Main Street.
