2nd neglect incident prompts arrest of Greenwood couple

A Greenwood couple were arrested after their 3-year-old child was found wandering outside for the second time in a week.
Bunny Barton, 27, and Robert Barton, 29, both of 906 London Lane, Apt. 1141, were arrested on a charge of neglect of a dependent Friday. Bunny Barton had been arrested on the same charge March 9.
Both times, the couple’s 3-year-old daughter had been found wandering outside their home in Westminster Apartments.
