Some artistic attractions have been added to this year’s Greenwood Fall Mini-Festival.
Organizers of the festival, which is on the same day as the Greenwood Trail Trek 5K, hoped to boost attendance for the race by adding a free drawing class, art show and talent showcase, said Nick Schwab, Greenwood Parks and Recreation Department recreation supervisor.
Proceeds from the race go toward beautification and future expansion of the city trail system.
The art show will feature the creations of local artisans and artists; and a free drawing class for children and adults.
