Police are searching for an armed robber after a Franklin bank was robbed for the second time in two weeks.
A man with a concealed face and white gloves robbed the MainSource bank, 597 Banta St., at 9:54 a.m. Friday, Franklin Police Department deputy chief Chris Tennell said.
The man showed a handgun and then demanded money. He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
Franklin schools were put on lockdown Friday morning as a precaution while police hunted for the robber.
