Basketball fundraiser benefits Riley patients

A basketball tournament on June 6 will raise money to give toys to kids staying at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health.

The Cayman’s 3-on-3 for Riley Basketball Tournament organizers are seeking sponsorships for the event.

Center Grove High School senior Cayman Jarvis has put on the event every year in honor of his friend Tyler Genneken, who died after his battle with leukemia. Jarvis noticed a need for more toys at Riley when he visited Genneken at the hospital. He began the event to support the hospital guild’s programs.
