Visitors to this year’s Indiana Flower and Patio Show will get a glimpse of what organizers call “sustainability on steroids.”
They can see how people grow their own food in raised garden beds and raise chickens for eggs and bees for honey. Under a simple rain-collection system, people can learn to use stormwater to water their lawns and wash their cars.
Native plants, solar panels and no-mow grass are on display for those looking to go greener.
