Camp Atterbury set to auction mobile homes

If you’re looking to buy a mobile home, you might be able to nab one for as little as $25.

Camp Atterbury, the military training ground near Edinburgh, will be auctioning off more than 200 duplex mobile homes this summer.

The mobile homes can be bought to live in or to be sold for scrap metal. Bidders are asked to look at photos of the homes before the auction, since some need more work than others, according to a news release. The mobile homes are 60 feet long, 14 feet wide and have a kitchen, bathroom, furnace and washer and dryer connections, and people can view photos of the homes online before bidding.
