Caterpillar Remanufacturing will give people a chance to show off their vehicles for a good cause Sept. 22.
The fourth annual Diggin’ it for United Way Car Show will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 751 International Drive, Franklin. Awards will be presented at 3 p.m.
Early registration fee before Sept. 17 is $10 and is $15 the day of the show.
Awards will be given in the following categories: Top 40, Best Paint, Best Truck, Best Engine, Best Interior, Best Stock, Best Motorcycle, Best Unfinished, Best Modified, Best of Show, United Way Pick, Farthest Miles Driven and CAT Management Pick.
There also will be door prizes, raffles, food and music.
The proceeds of this car show will benefit the United Way of Johnson County and the agencies it helps support, such as the American Red Cross, Gateway Services, Franklin Senior Center, Greenwood Senior Center, the Salvation Army, Turning Point and Youth Connections.
Organizers encourage visitors to bring canned food donations for the InterChurch Food Pantry of Johnson County. The American Red Cross bloodmobile will accept blood donations at the event.
