Even with the passage of time, the Indianapolis Colts aren’t looking for silver linings in the wake of a lopsided Week 1 loss at Chicago.
Instead, they’re looking for solutions to myriad problems as Week 2 rapidly approaches.
“We’re trying to improve for the next game now. We lost the (first) game. I think that’s the big storyline,” said rookie tight end Coby Fleener, who had six catches for 82 yards during the 41-21 defeat. “I think we’ll try to build off what we can.
“I think it’s one of those things where you start at the bottom Week 1, and hopefully we progress each week and get better.”
Rookie quarterback Andrew Luck hopes the same thing.
