Colts poised to continue streak

This week’s picks column is dedicated to Colts head coach Chuck Pagano, who is in the fight of his life — the fight for his life.

Come Sunday, Pagano will watch from his hospital bed as his fired-up team beats a bunch of Jets that can’t seem to get off the runway. Rex Ryan’s group is a hot mess both offensively and defensively, but, hey, they’re quotable and somewhat polarizing, so that’s something.

Quarterback Mark Sanchez is in his fourth season. He should be better than this by now. Meanwhile, Indy QB Andrew Luck just keeps improving as does the line protecting him and the receivers paid to catch his passes.

Life hasn’t provided Pagano with much to smile about lately. This game will.
