Columbus man hurt when vehicle hits pole

A Columbus man was injured after his vehicle struck a utility pole.
Dustin R. Perkinson, 36, struck a pole head-on after swerving off U.S. 31 about a mile south of State Road 252. The accident happened about 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
Perkinson had some minor bleeding on his arms following the accident, according to a police report.
