Cordry Sweetwater Fire Department will have an open house on Oct. 6.
The event is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 101 Firehouse Road at Cordry Sweetwater Lakes.
The public is invited to visit the fire station and meet some of the community’s firefighter and EMT workers and to see the equipment used for fire and rescue.
