A two-car accident Monday morning near Taylorsville caused U.S. 31 to be closed or restricted for more than an hour.
At about 6:35 a.m., Redia Martin, 57, of Brooks, Ky., was driving south on U.S. 31 and was getting ready to turn left onto the ramp for northbound Interstate 65, according to Maj. Todd Noblitt, spokesman for the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department.
