To the editor:
I have just a few questions for the group wanting to start the town of Center Grove.
Is there a backup plan in case the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office and the town council can’t reach an agreement on how much money would exchange hands? How much is it going to cost for liability insurance?
On Oct. 9, 2011, Ryan Rhoten stated that if Citizens for Center Grove could not create the town cheaper than Greenwood or Bargersville then he would stop the process. However, he forgot to mention a timeline.
