A Franklin commuter is still planning to take Interstate 65 into work this week, but bracing for the thought that his time in the car may double due to construction.
On a typical day, Rob Hoverman leaves his Franklin home around 7 a.m., gets on I-65 and takes it into Indianapolis. He travels through both splits where I-65 meets Interstate 70, gets off at Meridian Street, then travels a few blocks to the office. The 30-minute commute isn’t bad most days, he said.
But that might change this week.
