Responsible alcohol use will be the focus of a free lecture next month at Franklin College.
Author and trainer Rick Barnes will present “Drink Think: A Personal Approach to Alcohol” at 7 p.m. Oct. 9 in the Branigin Room of the Napolitan Student Center on South Forsythe Street. The talk is part of the college’s 2012-13 Convocation Lecture Series.
Barnes works to appeal to students’ common sense and their desire to make the most of their college experience.
He was a university administrator for 18 years and has served on the North American Interfraternity Conference and the Association of Fraternity Advisors and the AFA Foundation.
The lecture is free and open to the public.
