WOMEN’S CROSS-COUNTRY
Franklin College’s Hillary Cain, who was the individual champion in the Little State division of the Indiana Intercollegiates meet Friday, has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women’s Cross-Country Runner of the Week for the second time this season.
The sophomore completed the 5-kilometer layout at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute with a career-best time of 18:30, finishing first among 150 runners.
