Franklin library plans smartphone class

If you don’t know the difference between an iPhone and an Android, but you know you want a smart phone, a class at the Franklin library might be for you.
On Oct. 22, a session will offer tips and tricks about buying and using smartphones. The class is open to teens and adults and starts at 7 p.m. at the library at 401 State St.
