A Franklin man was injured when he lost control of his mo-ped and slid on the roadway.
Michael Alldredge, 41, of Franklin, had cuts and bruises from the Sunday night crash. He was treated and released from Johnson Memorial Hospital, a hospital spokeswoman said.
He was driving his mo-ped south on Mauxferry Road from County Road 250 S when he went off the side of the road and lost control as he tried to drive back onto the road, a Johnson County Sheriff’s Office report said. The mo-ped went onto its side, and Alldredge slid for about 100 feet.
