You can research genealogy at the Johnson County Museum of History with a paranormal twist Friday.

The Late Night in Genealogy event will feature the Dadsville Ghost Hunters, who will present a ghost hunting program after the genealogy collection tour.

The tour starts at 6:30 p.m., and the “Ghost Hunting 101” presentation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Reservations should be made in advance.

The ghost hunters have searched for paranormal activity at many Johnson County locations, including the Willard, Edinburgh’s Pixy Theater and the Johnson County Museum.

Admission to the museum and participation in the evening are free. Snacks will be served throughout the evening.
