After falling behind by 22 points at halftime, the Greenwood boys basketball team refused to fold against Perry Meridian on Tuesday night.

Despite performing better in the second half, the Woodmen still wound up on the short end of a 74-52 score as the host Falcons made 23 of their 38 (.605) field goal attempts.

“We just still have a long way to go,” Greenwood coach Bruce Hensley said. “It’s disappointing with as many seniors as we have, we just act as if sometimes we just don’t understand how hard we need to play at this level.”
