Honors keep rolling in for Don “Chip” Essig IV.

Selected PGA Golf Professional of Year in 2011, Essig — co-owner of the firm that operates Hickory Stick Golf Club — will be enshrined in the PGA Golf Professional Hall of Fame next month.

Essig, 47, is senior vice president and co-owner of Essig Golf LLC, which also manages Heartland Crossing Golf Links in Camby and Pebble Brook Golf Course in Noblesville. He is a 22-year member of The PGA of America and is, along with his father, Don Essig III, a Master Professional.
