When Thomas Allen-Chandler enrolled in his high school’s alternative online program, he had fewer than half the credits he needed to be able to graduate.
Allen-Chandler, a senior at Franklin Community High School, isn’t sure yet whether he’ll be able to graduate with the rest of his class. He’s earned 25 high school credits but is short of the 40 he needs for his diploma.
