To the editor:
I am writing in response to the editorial, “Gun ordinance more drama than practical” (Daily Journal, Feb. 28).
While there are several points in this editorial that are inaccurate, I will address the most glaring.
The article states: “But Baird’s interpretation of the Constitution ignores the section that gives federal laws precedence over state laws and local ordinances.”
