To the editor:
Let me see if I have this straight: The City of Greenwood is going to spend $7 million (or thereabouts) on an aquatic center that is projected to lose somewhere around $200,000 a year. I am not the sharpest tool in the box, but it seems to me that a pool is not a function of government. More important, can somebody explain to me how this makes any economic sense?
