To the editor:
Regarding the idea to delay applying the new town (of Center Grove) request for the new commissioners, how about a slightly longer delay and maybe saving a chunk of money?
There is talk in the state legislature to reopen the code and include in it the need for a referendum, which might be for all voters or just for the property owners in the area of question.
Why not?
