To the editor:

I wanted to write to you about a wonderful woman and her sweet son. I work as a server at Flapjacks in Bargersville and we have some of the most wonderful customers; but on Nov. 5, a woman and her son came in for breakfast and told their server that they had played scratch-off lottery tickets the day before and won $15,000.

This wonderful woman did an act of kindness that nowadays I find rare. She not only paid for the breakfast for her and her son she also went on to pay for the meals from seven or eight other tables. She didn’t know any of these people but was so kind to do this for strangers.
