A Greenwood man was arrested after police say he fought with his wife and prevented her from calling police.
Joshua Walker, 28, was arrested on a charge of strangulation.
Police were called to Walker’s apartment on Jan. 20 after his wife said Walker came home intoxicated and began hitting her, according to a Greenwood Police Department report. During the fight, Walker choked his wife and took her phone, the report said.
