A Bargersville man was arrested after he told police he inappropriately touched a 14-year-old girl.
Steven F. Spangler, 43, 3209 Amber Way, was arrested on charges of child molesting, sexual misconduct with a minor and criminal confinement.
Spangler contacted police and told an officer that he had touched the girl multiple times over the past eight months, with some incidents occurring at an apartment in Greenwood and others at his Bargersville home, according to a police report.
