Charges won’t be filed against a Franklin College student who was arrested in January.
Tyler Henkle, 22, of Seymour, was arrested on a charge of dealing marijuana. Police said they found marijuana, plastic bags and a scale in his room, according to a Franklin Police Department report.
No charge is being filed because Franklin police officers didn’t have the necessary warrant for a search of Henkle’s dorm room, Johnson County Prosecutor Brad Cooper said.
