The annual Franciscan Alliance Foundation Chrysanthemum Ball is set for Oct. 27 at the Westin Hotel in Indianapolis.
The evening will feature comedy, a silent auction and a vintage song list to raise money for the St. Francis Hospice House campaign. The free-standing hospice facility will serve south-central Indiana.
The proceeds from the event will be matched by the Franciscan Alliance.
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with registration, a silent auction and a cocktail reception featuring Indianapolis acoustic trio Tonos Triad.
Events of the evening continue with dinner and a performance by comedian T.P. Mulrooney.
The evening will conclude with a set by the band Tastes Like Chicken, who will take patrons on a historical music journey beginning with songs that would have been popular at the first Chrysanthemum Ball in 1967.
