Whiteland’s girls basketball team continues to struggle on offense and is still plagued by turnovers.
Nonetheless, head coach Kyle Shipp is pleased with the progress his team is making, even after a 63-22 loss at Class 4A No. 3 Indianapolis Roncalli on Tuesday night.
“I think our level of play has increased. We’ve definitely gotten better,” he said. “We’re not quite at the level we need to be at, but I’m proud of the way we played tonight.”
