Inside the galleries of the Johnson County Museum of History, a smorgasbord of artistic styles will come together.
Shoppers can pick out classical still-life paintings and wild, colorful acrylics showing fantastical scenes. They can try on a custom made hat in the style of “Downton Abbey” or pick out a wall hanging painted on a piece of old barn.
The annual Art Market at the museum brings about 20 area artists together to showcase their work for the public. People will be able to find sculpture, pottery, paintings, pastels and other works in one location.
