Police say Indy resident advertised on Web for sex

An Indianapolis woman was arrested after police said she advertised sex for pay on three websites and arranged a meeting with an undercover officer.

Dawn Milum, 29, was arrested on a charge of prostitution.

Milum had spoken with the undercover officer on the phone and by text message repeatedly between Sept. 12 and Sept. 17, 2012, and met with him Sept. 18, 2012, according to a police report. She accepted $300 in cash from the officer, removed her clothes and began touching him, the report said. She was not arrested at that time.

Milum, 1154 E. Gimber St., was being held at the Johnson County jail on $1,000 bond.
