Preparing for medical school

Being two years ahead in college is beneficial for a Center Grove senior, who still will have at least six more of school ahead of her.

Brittany Baker plans to attend either the University of Indianapolis or Indiana University and then go on to medical school. To ensure she’s prepared for college as an undergraduate and to save as much money as possible, she enrolled in Center Grove’s early college program.

Baker knew expectations of her in college would be higher than in high school, and she wanted to make sure she could meet professors’ standards.
