Stuffing a football into a travel bag late Sunday afternoon, Indianapolis Colts tight end Dwayne Allen reveals where the memento from his first NFL touchdown is going.
Basically wherever Wayne Inman sees fit.
That could mean a trophy case or a sporting goods store somewhere in or around Fayetteville, N.C. Maybe a shelf in Inman’s home or office. Similar to when Allen’s alma mater, Terry Sanford High School, is on the football field, Inman in this case carries the final word regarding all matters pigskin.
