A Greenwood woman was arrested after her 3-year-old daughter took prescription pills that the mother said she had planned to sell, police said.
Farris Joan Nicole Ryan, 20, was arrested on charges of neglect of a dependent and possession of a controlled substance.
Ryan called 911 at 3 p.m. Thursday and told emergency workers her daughter had taken as many as 21 Klonopin pills, according to a police report.
Klonopin is a prescription medication that can be used to treat seizure and anxiety disorders. Ryan did not have a prescription for the pills, the report said.
