Trick Your Trunk slated in downtown Franklin

East Court Street in downtown Franklin will be the center of Halloween festivities Oct. 27 during the annual Trick Your Trunk event.

From 6 to 7 p.m., kids can participate in some fun and safe trick-or-treating.

Trick-or-treaters can collect treats from decorated trunks and then head to the Artcraft Theatre to watch a Halloween movie.

Those who would like to decorate a trunk can call Holly Johnston at 346-1198 to reserve a spot.

Reservations are free, but you must provide your own decorations and candy. There will be prizes given for best “tricked” trunks.
