Volunteers are needed to pack meals that will be used to feed their neighbors and starving children in other countries.
A Kids Against Hunger packing event is from 9 to 11 a.m. and noon to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Pleasant Grove Elementary, 5199 W. Fairview Road.
About 130 volunteers are needed to scoop, weigh and seal food packages that will be sent to food pantries and people in developing nations.
