Veterans and their families can hear a World War II prisoner of war speak at an upcoming dinner.
Christ Our Shepherd, Church of the Brethren will conduct a free dinner program to honor military members, reservists, veterans and their families at 5 p.m. March 10 at the church, 857 N. State Road 135, Greenwood.
Loren Minnix, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, and Paul Totten, a World War II prisoner of war, will be the evening’s speakers.
