Ina (Stogsdill) Henderson, 86, passed away Wednesday Aug. 29, 2012, in Franklin. She was a resident of Franklin.
Ina was born Feb. 21, 1926, to Chester and Mary C. (Alexander) Stogsdill in Somerset, Ky.
With her husband, Lewis, she owned and operated One Hour Dry Cleaning in Franklin for 26 years.
Ina enjoyed crocheting, doing yard work and going to the Franklin Senior Center.
She belonged to the Beacons Bible study group. She attended Franklin Memorial Christian Church.
She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include two children, Ronald (Susan) Henderson of Franklin and Mary (Ivan) Stanislav of Dearborn, Mich.; two sisters, Emma White and Ilene Dye, both of Somerset, Ky.; two brothers, William Ray and Arlie Stogsdill, both of Somerset, Ky.; four grandchildren, Christopher (Christie) Henderson and Carrie (Matt) Sullivan, both of Franklin, Scott (Tara) Stanislav of Arizona and Mark (Sarah) Stanislav of Michigan; and four great-grandchildren, Paxton and Easton Henderson and Ethan and Abigail Sullivan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Mary Stogsdill; her husband, Lewis E. Henderson; a daughter, Joyce Ann Deepe; and a sister, Theda Mae Stogsdill.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Jessen Funeral Home, Franklin Chapel, 197 E. Jefferson St. Friends and family may call from 11 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
