Barbara J. Smith, 80, died Friday, Aug. 31, 2012. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include her husband, Foy A. Smith; two sons, Steven A. (Susan) Smith and Kenneth E. (Tamara) Smith; sister, Linda S. (Harold) Smith; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Annette and son, Davis D. Smith.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Good Shepherd Baptist Church, 1150 State Road 144, Mooresville, with the Celebration of Life Service at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
