Janice Eads Pevely, 62, died Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, at Casey County Hospital in Liberty, Ky. She was a resident of Windsor, Ky.
Survivors include her parents, Hobert and Reatha Eads of Windsor, Ky.; sons, Mitchell Dale Eads, Devin Dewayne Pevely and Terry Lee Stephens, all of Windsor, Ky., Kevin Scott Pevely of Greenwood and Dustin Shawn Pevely of Russell Springs, Ky.; 12 grandchildren; three brothers, Jerry, Roger and Bobby Eads, all of Windsor, Ky.; and a sister, Phyllis West of Russell County, Ky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Pevely; and a son, Steven Paul Pevely.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville St., Liberty, Ky., with Brother Clifford DeHart officiating. Visitation was Wednesday. Burial will be at South Fork Cemetery in Casey County, Ky.
