Joan L. (Carmichael) Harrell, 75, died Friday, Sept. 7, 2012. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include her three sons, Mark Harrell, Matt (Michelle) Harrell and Michael (Julie) Harrell; sister, Beverly Carmichael (Robert) Heid and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry L. Harrell; parents, Ray and Anna Lucille Carmichael and sisters, Marilyn Carmichael Downey and Diane Carmichael Garrett Adams.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
