Joan Michael, 80, died Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include two sons, Phil (Donna) Michael of Savannah, Ga., and Steve (Diane) Michael of Zionsville; a daughter, Mary Ann (Bob) Schroeder of Indianapolis; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Gaily (Firth) Damm; and her husband, James Michael.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood. Entombment will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
