Jean M. “Jamie” Glaser, 61, of Franklin, passed away after a short illness on Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012.

She was born May 28, 1951, in Russia, Ohio. She was a graduate of Antioch College and had been employed as a journeyman electrician and as an instructor at Lincoln Technical Institute.

Jamie leaves behind her beagle, Shadow, and cat, Duke.

She is survived by her husband, Milton Johnson; her mother, Gertrude Glaser; two sisters, Del Kaser and Rose Harris; a brother, Mike Glaser; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church, 100 E. Madison St., Franklin. A reception for friends and family will follow at her home.
