Mary “Bonnie” Vehling, 87, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include seven children, Richard (Carol), Robin (Jane) and Randall (Rajean) Vehling, Rebecca Hansen, Ramona (Don) Callender, Roxann (John) Simmons and Rachel McKinney; 23 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; four brothers, John W., Richard R., William E. and Thomas M. Lex; and a sister, Annie C. Gocke.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Vehling; a son, Robert Vehling; her parents, John W. and Lillian (Pack) Lex; one grandson; a sister, Norma D. Hittle; and a brother, Bobby Lex.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
