Shawn Michael Cahill, age 21, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012. He was a resident of Greenwood.
He was born on April 24, 1991, in Beech Grove to Michael Scott and Christine Lynn (Hyatt) Cahill.
He is survived by his mother, Christine Lynn Cahill (Ron Skomp) of Greenwood; maternal grandparents, Ronald and Cindy Hyatt of Greenwood; stepbrother, Jacob Skomp; uncle, Randy Hyatt; and cousins, Chad, Roxy and Rusty; aunt, Nancy (Jay) Lasiter and cousins, Lora, Kyla, Taylor and Charly; and aunt, Michelle (Steve) Cahill Fantauzzo; and cousin, Dominic Michael.
He was preceded in passing by his father, Michael Scott Cahill; and his paternal grandparents, Harry Michael and Shirley Cahill.
He attended Greenwood High School.
The Rev. Walter Howard will conduct a service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 N. Morton St., (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Greenwood.
